our reality.
Hello everyone!
I hope you’re all doing well. This month, my column is a little delayed, and it’ll also have a slightly different flavor as I’ve been traveling through Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, visiting our offices in those regions.
In Hong Kong, I had the opportunity to visit my father’s resting place on Victoria Peak, where we spread his ashes. It was a deeply moving experience, it was beautiful. In Singapore, I met with our longest acting distributor for Southeast Asia, who has been faithfully representing Jason Winters herbal tea for over 40 years.
And in Taiwan, I had the pleasure of opening our brand new office in Taipei. Taiwan is truly beautiful country.
On another note, I’m thrilled to share that we are 14 months into the production of our documentary on Sir Jason Winters’ life and story! We’re aiming to have it completed by December of this year, so stay tuned for updates!
Turning to a somewhat unrelated topic, I believe it’s important to maintain perspective when considering the state of world affairs. With so much turmoil, especially in regions like the Middle East and Southeast Asia, it can be overwhelming. Try not to think about it 24-7 and just put it all into perspective. Especially in an election year, it seems like everything gets sensationalized.
It’s good to remember that with everything going on in the world, north is still north. What is important to you and your daily life is really all that’s important, isn’t it?
Don’t forget how wonderful you are and the great, positive effect you have on the people around you. Even if you don’t realize it yourself, you are truly special.
Wishing each of you a wonderful month ahead!
Perception is reality—how we perceive the world translates into our reality.
If you view the world through the lens of darkness, sadness, and everything that’s bad in the world, that’s what you will see. If you look for evil and injustice, you’ll always find it, even if it isn’t always there.
If you view the world through the lens of love, kindness, and happiness, I think you’ll have a better life. Even if you don’t realize it in the moment, your life will be better.
Sincerely,
Sir F. Raymond Jason Winters. KCSJ. SOJ
