I’ll never forget that day; my father’s doctor hauled us all into a little room. Five little kids and my mother told us that my father had terminal cancer. They were going to try and do their best, but he’s probably going die and we should go home and prepare ourselves.

I wanted to share something my father said in a 1979 interview from the Health View newsletter after defeating stage 4 terminal cancer. It shows what a fighter he was…
